No, unfortunately it is not possible to collect your order directly from our warehouse.

As soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will send you a tracking number by email. You can use the track-and-trace number to follow your package until you have received your package.

We strive to get all orders out the door as quickly as possible. We work at high pressure to provide a good service, and therefore it is important to us that your package arrives within a reasonable time.

When your order is registered in our warehouse, it takes 1-3 working days before you receive it.

If you do not collect your parcel at the collection point you have chosen, the parcel will automatically be sent back to us after 7-14 days. We will then cancel your order as we consider your order to be a return order.

If you are not at home when the transport company tries to deliver your package, they will leave a card or send you an SMS telling you where you can collect your package.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange an item. On the other hand, you can return your order, and we can therefore refund your purchase, so you can make a new order on this page.

Goods bought on offer or with a discount code can only be ordered again with the same offer if the offer prices are still valid in the shop.

When you receive your package, a return label has been sent with it. This label states the reasons why you are returning the item. Here you must choose the reason why you are sending back before you put it in the package.

You have a 180-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. The 180 days apply from the day you receive your order. This also applies to sale items. The deadline means that you have 180 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase.

You can send an email to info@kingshillshop.com or use the return label that is packed with your order. If you have not received a return label, you can send us an email and we will send a new one.

Feel free to use the packaging in which you received your package and stick the return label on it. The return label is enclosed in your shipment. Then hand it in at your nearest GLS parcel shop.

You or the recipient of the gift are always welcome to return it. Just save the packing slip and the package label for that person.

Please note that we can only refund the money to the card the item was paid for.

It can take up to 5 working days before we have registered your return package. We will send you an email as soon as we have transferred your money back to your account.

Depending on which payment option you used for your purchase, your money will be registered in your bank account 1-2 days later.
